Sellers may sometimes be hesitant in remitting original deeds and documents to the broker at the onset. But thanks to this itemized checklist of exchange, the broker can provide the seller with a clear process in respect to the due diligence of providing as many documents as possible for his file. The broker checks off each document received and dates the reception. When returned, all documents are then checked off as being remitted back to the seller, each party signing their initals and dating each occurence.


A blue checkbox indicates the documents were received electronically, hence no need to remit them back to the seller.
