DOCUMENT EXCHANGE CHECKLIST
This forms allows you to diligently exchange documents with the seller, timing the reception of originals or electronic versions and insuring that the return of originals is confirmed by the seller. This avoids any mishaps and omissions when it comes to document your client's file.

PRICE POSITIONNING STRATEGY
Sellers always want more than market value, yet fail to understand the implications of "testing the market". This form allows you to influence the client in making the right decision or accepting the consequences of an overpriced listing...

VISITORS LOG SHEET
This form is left with your client to allow them to note down upcoming visits and which broker will be showing the property and takes the guess work out for those who's memory is lacking.
